Last Saturday, FOSAsg collarborated with Catholic High to hold its first Parent Child Free & Open Source IT Workshop. The response was overwhelming with about 60 attendees. The workshop was well received by the parents and we are hoping to improve it based on the feedback received.

Our president Brandon Lum has proposed a combined Executive Committee meeting, Annual General Meeting and SFDS 2011 kick-off. He has created a Doodle poll for those who would like to attend to indicate their availability.

The First Annual General Meeting was held June 17, 2009 at SMU and was a great success. A new Executive Committee was elected in and a number of proposals were successfully voted on. Please find attached, the full meeting minutes which contains the following items.
